TuVox (Los Altos, CA) has updated its speech application development software, TuVox CVR with version 4.0. TuVox CVR now offers more automation options and tools for faster deployment.
The latest release of TuVox's Conversational Voice Response (CVR) software includes many new features that make it easier and faster to develop and deploy speech applications. |
The software's new DataBrowser feature enables you to automate transactional calls, such as those that involve placing orders and checking on claim status.
TuVox has also updated its Perfect Agent feature than enables customers to alternate between speaking with agents and using self-service. The software includes predictive recognition, which lets you test your speech applications so you can predict whether any words or phrases that you've added will cause confusion in the system. This feature ensures that you resolve any issues before the application goes live to customers.
CVR 4.0 also offers enhanced SmartGen tools for automatically generating and updating speech apps from existing Web content or databases. The software's Application Monitoring feature alerts you to problems and updates in real time.
MCI recently purchased CVR 4.0 to shorten the amount of time it takes to develop and deploy new speech apps. According to Larry Miller, TuVox's president and CEO, MCI chose TuVox because it needed the flexibility to update speech apps within a two-week period based on its current promotions and campaigns.
